With collaboration of the Regional Bahá’í Council for Sindh a Regional Institute Camp was held in Hyderabad from 29th August to 3rd September. About 60 friends from eight cluster of Sindh participated. The friends were divided into four groups. One group studied Book1 while two groups studied Book2 and one group studied Book3.

A children class was also held during these days. It was again a good experience to see how quickly the children started to learn quotations and songs and enjoyed playing cooperative games.

The Regional Bahá’í Council made physical arrangements for this camp.

SOME COMMENTS MADE IN THIS EVENT:

A frequent remark was heard specially from the youth: “ I feel as if I have become a Bahá’í today…”
A young participant from rural Sindh could not control his emotions during study on Book1 and with tear in his eyes said “I have not experienced happiness and joy during my life. I would look at the possessions the people have and say to God why has He created me… Just to suffer in poverty! Now I understand that He had not created me for these thing that perish… The purpose of my creation is different and I am happy today for the first time in life. The tears in my eyes are of joy and gladness.”
Another youth from rural Sindh spontaneously commented, “Now I understand that prayer is some thing very special and important. It is not just saying a few specific words.”
Another youth from rural Sindh said with great joy “ I am so glad and feel that immediately I should return to my village and share these good things with all my people.”
A participant of the study group for Book3 commented addressing the youth “God is my witness, I have been waiting for such a program since 57 years – my whole life. Thanks God I have got it now. I feel lucky. And you are lucky too that you have got this so early in your lives. Pray for me that I can implement in my life a few of these concepts and you also try your best.”
Friends who have served the Faith on National Spiritual Assembly and important Committees for last 35 year commented, “Now I feel I never knew how to consult properly. My attitude would have been completely different… still it is not too late… I am sure.”

Your continuous support, guidance and help are always a source of joy and encouragement for this type of events. Please pray for the process.
